Farming Simulator 2012 3D is similar to that of the successful PC franchise. The player begins their career as a virtual farmer by taking control of a small farm that is continually expanded in the game by the purchase of agricultural land and at the same time enhanced with newer equipment and larger machines. The career mode, with its integrated financial management section, will lead the player through a variety of agronomic problems.

To be able to turn a profit and earn money, the fields must first be processed with the field cultivator. In order to maximize income, the wheat, corn or canola crops should also be fertilized accordingly. The ripe grain is finally baled, collected and stored. Virtual assistants controlled by the game help support farmers in a number of tasks where more than one vehicle is needed at the same time.

In the vast, freely explorable world of Farming Simulator 2012 3D, you will find many agricultural areas surrounding the player's farmyard, an integrated road network running through the countryside, as well as a small village. The dynamic day and night cycle not only helps the player in the optimal scheduling of tasks but also adds to the overall realism of the simulation.

PC Performance Enhancement

Have you been noticing poor performance in your Agrar experience? Here are a few things you can try to increase your frames per second.

• Turn off the Aero theme in windows 7 before entering the game
• Lower the video settings, especially "Effects"
• Lower the resolution, try windowed mode if you can't go any lower
• If your attempting to use a laptop, make sure you're plugged in to maximize power
• More extensions equals more lag, try selling a few useless extensions to gain a few fps
• If you still haven't applied the newest patch, update your game to improve performance
